1/4 cupChia seeds
1 cupAlmond milk (or other milk beverage)
1(Optional add-ins: cinnamon, honey, maple syrup, berries, banana, nut butter, vanilla, cocoa powder, etc. )

Mix together milk, chia seeds, and whatever you desire. Let this mixture refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. To serve, top with whatever you would like (fruit, nuts, granola, sunflower seeds, honey, etc. )
