Steps

First boil aaloo.not too much.cut them in big long pieces.then peel off.

Take oil in a pen and fry aaloo piece till they are golden and crispy.

Take off extra oil from pen then put in grated lahsun then grated adrak then hari mirch.stir 2min then pore aalo in it then add chilli sauce namak soya sauce and to me to sauce.

After 3min make the paste of courn floor paste.and aad in it.within 2min tasty Chinese kachalu is ready..serve with sirka with hari mirch piece. And sauces..
