3/4 stickButter
1/3Onion
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper
1/2 cupSour cream
2/3 cupKetchup

Cut the steak into small 1/2 inch cubes

Brown steak cubes on large pan on stove with medium to high heat

Add ketchup, onion and butter into pan with steak and allow it all to simmer for the first 20 minutes
4

Add in sour cream within the last 10 minutes and lower heat on stove as to not boil the ingredients
5

Occasionally stir within the entire 30 minutes
6
