set oven to 350

combine meat, soup mix, egg, water, and salsa

fold in cereal

pack into a meatloaf pan with a drain tray insert. run a spoon down the centre of the loaf to form a dip.

Bake for 1/2 hr

combine sauce ingredients

scrape any excess fat off the meatloaf

pour sauce over meatloaf

just before the end of baking time lay strips of bell pepper over the meatloaf
