Ingredients

  1. 12 ozRavioli or Tortellini Pasta
  2. 2 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 8 ozMushrooms
  4. 1/4 cupWalnuts chopped
  5. 1 cupHeavy Cream
  6. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  7. 1 1/2 cupFreshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Heat Olive oil with medium heat adding Mushrooms and Walnuts.

  2. 2

    When Mushrooms are golden brown add Heavy Cream stirring frequently for 5 min until sauce thickens slightly

  3. 3

    When Cream stops simmering add Pepper and Parmesan, stir until smooth

  4. 4

    DO NOT BOIL

  5. 5

    Serve over pasta immediately
