Wash and cut all the vegetables into long slices and except onions blanch all of them

Now cool all the vegetables and mix onions and all the spices and sauces and keep aside for 30 min

Now heat a non stick pan and add pure ghee

Now shallow fry the vegetables. Keep tossing dem til the vegetables bcome brown
- 5
Garnish with fresh spring onions
