Ingredients

  1. 2green onion
  2. 1 boxchicken broth
  3. 7red potatoes
  4. 2onion
  5. 1 tbspsea salt
  6. 1 tsppepper
  7. 2 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 1baby carrots
  9. 1celery

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Placs the tri tip roast in a crock pot or lasagne pan and pour the box of chicken broth all over the tri tip and in the pot

  3. 3

    Lay the green onions, celery and baby carrots around the meat in the broth; but red potatoes into quarter pieces and place them there too.

    Sprinkle the sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the meat and rub it in

  5. 5

    But the onion in large pieces and drape them over the top of the roast

  6. 6

    Leave it in the oven for 4 hours
