Chop sweet potato and cook it in water for 15 minutes. Afterward make a cream from it and cold it.

Take two chopped onions, cook them in olive oil until they change the color. Set them to chill.

Put meat in the bowl along with breadcrumbs, eggs and chopped parsley. Add chilled onions and sweet potato cream. Add salt and black pepper. Mix. Put bowl into refrigerator.

Now the sauce, carrots and other onion. Start cooking from onion until color change, add carrots and cook for 15 minutes under cover on low fire.

Meanwhile chop mushrooms, medium sized pieces. Add them to the rest. After 5 minutes pour 4 cups of water, tomato paste and chopped chilli pepper.

Spice with salt, cinnamon and black pepper.

Make small balls with hands from the meat and throw them into the pot. Cook for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes pour sauce on the meat.
