2 packagesRamen Noodles
1 bunchScallions Sliced
1 cupSunflower Seeds
1 cupSlivered Almonds
Dressing
1 cupvegetable oil
1/2 cupSugar or a small amount of honey
1/3 cupVinegar (Balsalmic or red)
2packets seasoning from Ramen

Mix all ingredients of dressing in salad shaker or whisk together in a bowl. Best if it sits for a few hours

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dressing with salad 1/2 hour before serving

Serve as is or over a bed of greens
