Ingredients

  1. 12 eachpieces of string cheese
  2. 12 eachegg roll or wonton wrappers
  3. 1marinara sauce for dipping

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil. Wrap each piece of cheese with wonton dough

  2. 2

    Wrap by placing cheese in middle of diamond. Wrap long sides in, then dampen last two corners and fold in

  3. 3

    Drop into hot oil and cook on all sides 30-60 seconds. Cool slightly and dip if desired.
