I love all kind of food...but always can’t eat fried food. And being Gujarati always grew up eating heavy snacks...But now with a toddler it's not always possible to make snacks.and i have oven in my apartment and bein in India didnt got much chance to use oven...beat after coming to USA...it was in my home and started using it and was way more impressed with it's use.I love the peas which are available in stores(they are fried ones). So inspired by that peas i gave it a try to garbanzo Beans. But i didnt want to fry ao i gave it a try in oven and to my surprise it was way much better than fried ones.
