Ingredients

8 days
ill
  • 2 kgraw mango cut into pieces 200 gms mustard oil
  • 3 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1.1/2 tbsp haldi
  • 2 tbsp dhania powder
  • 2 tbspfenugreek seeds(methi dana) roast and grind
  • 2 tbspaachari masala
  • 4 tbspsalt as per taste

    Wash mangoes nicely 2_3 times..

  2. 2

    Now keep it in salt water overnite..
    For atleast 10_12 hrs.

  3. 3

    Now wash the mangoes again..

  4. 4

    Take a big thal or a big pan add all the masalas add little oil and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Now put the mango pieces in masala and mix add some oil if it dry

  6. 6

    Now take a dry clean glass jar

  7. 7

    Put half of the mango pieces along with masala in a glass jar add some oil again put the rest mango pieces put the remaining oil...

  8. 8

    Cover the jar and shake it well..

  9. 9

    If possible keep the jar in sunlight everyday for 1/2 for better result and to be made fast.

  10. 10

    Your aachar will be ready in a weeks time ❤❤.
