  • 1/3 cupFlour
  • 2/3 cupAlmond Flour
  • 3 tbspalmond butter
  • 1/2 cupsteal cut oats, not instant
  • 1/4 cupflax, chia, almond slices
  • 1eggs
  • 2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Mix oats with enough water just to wet them and set aside to soak

  2. 2

    Mix additionaldry

  3. 3

    Beat egg, butter, coconut oil with sugar

  4. 4

    Mix dry with Egg/Sugar mix, then with oatmeal and Almond butter

  5. 5

    Scoop into 2-3in rounds on greased baking sheet

  6. 6

    Bake for 10mins at 400°
