First keep all things ready what u nee

Heat the big vessel with water and let the water start boil

Now add carrot, onion chilli, curry leaves green chilli, dil leaves,salt cumin seeds(if u want to add your spices or vegs you can add as per your taste)

Let it cook for 5-6 minutes add rice flour,mean while mix it nicely and keep string
now you will feel it is ready off the flame
let it cool for 5 m - 5
Let it cool for 5 minutes,now start to make balls from it make balls as u making for chapati

Heat the the tawa, starts rolling you can press with your hand and make Akki roti you can use butter paper to roll it
it will be easy to roll - 7
Or use rolling pin as you feel fine cover with other paper and roll it.

Cook on hot tawa with oil

You can enjoy with onion tomato chutney
or coconut chutne or green chutney as you love - 10
