In the South smoked sausage is as common as coffee is, well almost.....
Steps

Remove the casings from the sausage.

Heat the pan allow the onion to caramelized and the sausage to brown just a bit. About 3 minutes.

Add the oil and quick fry the onions with the sausage. After 2 minutes remove the onion.

When the sausage is heated through and done move to the bread add the mustard and ketchup.

Add the onion on top and I hope you enjoy!!
