Peel & cut lotus stem into small pieces.
* Wash the pieces thoroughly in water.
* Take the lotus stem pieces in big container. - 2
Add curd & salt & mix gently & then Leave it for 3 to 4 hours.

Now take pieces spread it in cotton cloth & let dry under sunlight for 2 days.

Store in air-tight container.
* Can be store for 1 year.
