Preheat oven to 350°F

In a bowl combine parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Rub onto turkey under skin.

Season inside with salt, pepper, lemons and rosemary sprigs. Poke lemons with fork.

Season outside with salt, pepper and pour apple juice in pan.

Cook 1 hour covered. Then uncovered until 180°. (2-1/2 to 3 hours). Baste every 30 minutes.
