Ingredients

  • 1 1/2Raw mango
  • 1/2Sugar
  • 1/3 teaspooncardamon powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the mango.

  2. 2

    Add grated raw mango and sugar in a Saucepan and boil it.

  3. 3

    After 15 minutes add some yellow food coloring..

  4. 4

    Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes and then add cardamom.

  5. 5

    Cook it for 2 more minutes and then switch off the stove when you see that the grated raw mango is completely cooked.

  6. 6

    Garnish Aam Ka Murabba with serve it with rice or Roti.
