Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 3 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1 pinchhing
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/4 tspginger paste
  7. For tadka
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. Pinchhing
  11. 1green chilli
  12. 1 tspsesame seeds

Steps

    This is the easiest way to make full proof khandvi in microwave...so take microwave safe bowl for cooking.And keep 2-3 thalis ready greased it's reversed side

  2. 2

    First of all mix all the ingredients well with hand whisk...make sure no lumps are there

  3. 3

    Now keep it in the microwave on high power for 4mins.keep stiring in 2-3 intervals.

  4. 4

    Last step u need to perform faster....take out the mixer stir it with whisk and spread it on greased thalis with spatula. Let it cool cut vertically and roll one end to another.

  5. 5

    Now for tadka take one tbsp oil add mustard seeds, green chilli, hing lastly some sesame seeds...let them crackle and pour on the khanvi rolls

  6. 6

    Garnish with fresh coriander and have a healthy and yummy snack......
