Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong
  2. 1 tablespoonurad dal
  3. 3-4green chilles
  4. 1"ginger
  5. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  6. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  7. 1finely chopped onion
  8. 1 teaspoonroasted sesame seeds
  9. 1 tablespoonrice flour
  10. 2-3 teaspoonCorinder leaves chopped
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the green grams with udad dal overnight.

  2. 2

    Next morning wash the dals and add corinder powder,cumin seeds,green chilles,ginger,few corinder leaves sesame seeds rice flour and salt And grind with little water

  3. 3

    Now add finely cut onions and corinder leaves..Heat a non stick pan and mke uttapam 😊
