Ingredients

  1. 1 cup green grams
  2. 1 tablespoonudad dal
  3. 1 tablespoon rice flour
  4. 1 tablespoon corinder powder
  5. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  6. 1 tablespoonroasted sesame seeds
  7. 3/4green chilles
  8. 1small ginger piece
  9. 1 finely chopped onion
  10. 3-4 teaspoonFresh corinder leaves
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the green grams with udad dal overnight.Next morning drain the water

  2. 2

    Wash the dals and add corinder powder,cumin seeds,ginger,green chilles,sesame seeds,rice flour,few corinder leaves and salt and grind it..Now add finely chopped onion And corinder leaves

  3. 3

    Take a non stick pan and warm it..Spread the batter and make uttapam 😊..Serve hot with chutney or sauce
