  1. 4raw mangoes
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1 tspelaichi powder
  6. 45 threads of saffron
  7. 3 cupswater
  8. 1012 mint leaves

    A refreshing summer coolant drink.
    Aam ka panna is a delicious drink made with raw mangoes, pepper powder and sugar.

    Firstly boil mangoes i a cooker give 3_4 whistle till they are soft and tender.
    Let it cool nicely.

    Now remove the skin and mashed it nicely and then blend it.

    If necessary then add some water.

    Now add sugar salt black pepper and elaichi powder.

  6. 6

    Now keep on flame and keep stirring.
    Cook for 5 mins or till sugar dissolves.
    Let it cool nicely.

    Now strain the panna and store in a bottle.

    While serving take 2 tbsp of aam panna in glass add crushed ice put sum crushed mint leaves fill the glass with water or soda..

    You can preserve this in fridge for 8 days.
