Brown rice and fried potatoes

Take utensil for preparing rice, in which first we put oil then cumin seeds

Salute it now add chopped onions leave for 2 min and salute them till colour changed dark brown

Now add red chilli and suhana biryani masala in onions mix it well

Then add water 3 bowl

Add salt, on a high flame soak the water,when water has been totally soaked slow the flame and put lid on it.. After 5 min turn off the gas..Rice are prepared

Now we are preparing potatoes for that we need a pan and oil,when oil are heated up put the chopped potatoes and fry them till colour changed light brown

Separate the oil from potatoes, put all masala like coriander powder turmeric powder, red chilli and salt to taste slow the flame for 5 min turn off the gas
