Marinate the chicken with curd and spices (red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt as per taste,oil,ginger and garlic paste)

Then take 1kg basmati rice put some spices cloves,star anise,black paper,bay leaf,cumin,black cardamom,green cardamom,cinnamon,mace, minti leave,coriander leave and salt as per taste.cook the rice proper and drain the extra water from the rice and keep the rice water a side.Don't throw the extra water.

Take a big pan put oil in the pan fry some chopped onion.fry till brown,remove some fry onion and keep a side for garnishing now put some spices on it ( cloves,star anise,black paper,bay leaf,cumin,black cardamom,green cardamom,cinnamon,mace, fry till onion get soft add some chopped tomato and fry till it melt now add mintileave,coriander leave and curd on it.mix properly now put some ready chilli powder, turmeric and coriander and garam masala powder on it add some salt and mix it.

Then put the water (rice water) which you keep a side.Now let it cook,now add the marinate chicken on the pan and chicken briyani masala and then allow it to cook. After the chicken get cook low the flame put some rice on it and garnish it with minti leaf and coriander leaf and fry onion on it.put some hot ghee and food colour on it. Keep the flame low.after 5 min off the flame and your chicken briyani is ready to eat.
