  1. 1 lbSage sausage
  2. 1/2 lbLean hamburger
  3. 3 Cupswater
  4. 1/4 cupSoy sauce
  5. 2beef bouillon cubes
  6. 2 cupRice (not minute rice)
  7. 1 canDiced water chestnuts
  8. 1 canbamboo shoots
  9. 3 stickCelery
  10. 2Green bell peppers
  11. 1each Yellow bell pepper
  12. 1each Red bell pepper
  13. 2large Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a non-stick skillet, Brown hamburger, sausage & 1 diced onion together, crumble small.

  2. 2

    Add water, beef bouillon cubes, soy sauce & rice to meat, cover and cook on low for 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.

    Chop celery, bell peppers, onion in chunks

  4. 4

    Add remaining vegetables and cook till fork tender

  5. 5

    Garnish with soy sauce to taste.
