Ingredients

  • 1 kgmaida
  • 150 gmsuji
  • 150 gmoil
  • 1 tspajwain
  • To tastesalt
  • Oil as needed for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add maida., Suji and salt,ajwain and make a tight dour.Keep it for rest for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make a roti with dough and cut the shape of cashue with a cup of bottle.

  3. 3

    Deep fry all cashue and serve with tea.
