Creamy Chocolate-Cookie Ice cream is my innovative way of making chocolate ice cream in which the choco ripple cookies are crushed and blended well to add a new dimension to this delightful treat.

2 tablespoonscocoa powder
15choco ripple cookies(any brand, I used Unibic)
1 cupwhite fine sugar
1 1/2 cupsfull cream evaporated milk
2 cupsheavy cream
2 teaspoonsvanilla essence

Coarsely Grind the cookies in a grinder

In a bowl combine cookie powder, cocoa powder and sugar whisk to combine well

Add milk and whisk until sugar is dissolved.

Stir in heavy cream and vanilla essence and mix very well with a blender so that it becomes very creamy and gooey.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze at least for 2 hours.

Take it out and give a good churning in the mixer.

Again set it back in the freezer.

Repeat the process once more after an hour.

Now let the ice cream set in the freezer for at least 6-7 hours or overnight.

Prior to serving, let ice cream sit at room temp for a minute to soften enough for easy scooping.

Garnish the icecream scoops with any thing like chocolate syrup, sweet wafers, Choco cookies as per the choice.
