Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil / ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour, oil, salt and make dough with water.

  2. 2

    Take a small ball of the dough, make round roti with roll pin.

  3. 3

    Place mashed potato, sprinkle little garam masala.

  4. 4

    Close from all the sides.and make paratha.heat tava, put little ghee and cook paratha.

  5. 5

    Roast well both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve with butter.
