Steps

In a heating pan add 5 tsp of Oil and let it heat.

Then add ½ + ¼ tsp of Mustard seeds (Rai), ¼ tsp of Hing and followed by ¼ cup of Cashews and roast the Cashews nicely until turns into light brown colour.

Then add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and mix.

Furthermore, add 2 cup of boiled and cooked Rice and mix well.

Add Salt only if required.

Delicious Popcorn as if tasted Cashew Rice is now ready to serve hot.
