Boil potatoes until soft then add aromat, Rama and mash

Rinse spinach and pour in a pot together with onion and boil,add cheese stir until it melts and add mushroom sauce for taste

In a bowl marinade meat with spices and meat marinade atleast an hour before cooking then cook until it's soft and tender
