4Large Sweet Potatoes
1/2 cupbutter
2 tbsphoney
1 ozspice rum
I tbsp of orange juice
to tastekosher salt

Steps

Heat the grill to 450degrees9 (indirect method) and bake potatoes 40-60 more towards the 40 minute side.

Mix together the above ingredients until warm

Once the potatoes are done inject the mixture into the potatoes, flooding the inside of the potatoes with the mixture.

Cook an additional 5-10 minutes after injecting
