5-6 persons
  • 1/2 Ltrmilk
  • 1 tablespoonfresh cream
  • 3 Tea spooncornflour
  • 2 tablespoonDry fruits mixture
  • 2-3 threadsKesar for colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk until it becomes 3/4.

    Add one table spoon fresh cream

  3. 3

    Add crush dry fruits, saffron and elaichi powder

    Make paste of cornflour in cold milk

    Add sugar 2-3 table spoon as per taste

    After it becomes some cool, grind it and freeze it for next 1-2 hours

    Again grind after 2-3 hrs and again freeze it

    Now after 2-3 hours freezing your ultimate, tasty and healthy homemade Ice cream ready
