  • Carrots
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Have any large carrot & place in a large saucepan with the butter sugar and a pinch of salt and butter

  2. 2

    Cover the carrots half way with water & bring to boil

  3. 3

    Reduce the heat to a simmer then cover and cook for 15 to 20 min untill just tender
