My family Sunday favourite, before they are cool to be served half of then are usually already eaten.
Steps

Wash the whole potatoes, do not peel but cut long slices to your preferred design.

Marinate with the salt, sugar, vinegar and spices.

Wrap with cling film and put in the fridge to marinate.
- 4
After 4 hours remove. Preheat the oven as you.....
- 5
Prepare the oven pan and layer your potatoes.
- 6
Put them to grill.

When ready, we usually serve it with our grilled fish or fish cooked in coconut milk.
