In a grinder make a paste of almond, cashews, curd and cream.

Transfer it in a bowl add black pepper powder, chat masala, garam masala, Salt, roasted kasuri methi,lemon juice and mix well

Burn charcoal on gas and put it in a bowl
- 5
Place this bowl in between the marinated chicken

Add ghee to charcoal. Fumes will start coming. Cover it and leave for one hrs

Remove charcoal

In a hot flat bottom kadhai place the chicken pieces and add all the marinate. Cover it.

Cook on a medium to low flame

Turn the chicken when brown from one side. Do the same on another side.

It will cook in ghee which oozes out of cream.

Serve hot
