4 cuplg cubed watermelon
1diced yellow pepper
1diced orange pepper
1medium zucchini
1small sweet onion
1 cuparugula
agave nectar to taste optional
1 lbsteamed shrimp

Mix the fruit and vegetables. If the watermelon is not sweet enough add the agave nectar. And the stir in the steamed shrimp.

You can add a touch of lemon or orange juice, red wine vinegar, salt, etc if desired.
