Tomato pasta with balsamic vinegar

Line a pan with olive oil c

Finely chop the garlic and the chili's and put into the oil

Chop the tomatoes into eighths. When this is done, start frying the garlic and chili's.

Add the tomatoes to the garlic and chili's and add pepper and salt
- 5
Once the tomatoes have been fried for about ten minutes, add the balsamic vinegar and stir.

Leave the sauce to simmer. Put pasta into 5 bowls and add to a big pot of boiling water.

Cook the pasta for however much time it says on the box of pasta, then strain and put back into the big pot.

Mix the sauce with the pasta and divide into the 5 bowls.

Serve with olive oil, pepper, and parmesano on the top as needed
