  1. 1 poundsirloin tip steak thin
  2. To tastesalt
  3. To tasteground black pepper
  4. To tastegranulated garlic powder
  5. As neededflour
  6. As neededoil to fry in

  1. 1

    Season each side of the steaks I used about a total of 1/2 teaspoon of each spice total

    Get the oil hot

    Flour each steak both sides. And fry.

    Move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil.
