Steps

Add all ingredients other than 3 cup water and rice flour in boiling water.

Now mix rice flour and 3 cup water and make smooth paste.

Now mix it in boiling water.

Now cook it for 15-20 minute in medium flame with continues stirring.

Cook it till it looked like dosa batter.

Now take one clean cloth or plastic.

Now spread one spoon of batter and give papad shape.

Repeat till batter bowl gets empty.

Dry it in direct sun light till it dries completely.

Generally in summer it takes 2 days.

Now store it in air tight jar.

Heat oil and cook it in slow flame.

It will turn out double in shape.

Remove from heat and enjoy yummy rice papad.
