Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1small-sized fish(deep fry)
  2. 1 tablespooncooking oil
  3. pinchsalt to taste
  4. 2 clovesgarlic+ ginger(paste)
  5. Tumeric to add colour
  6. I large onion (I love onions....)
  7. 2large tomatoes
  8. Coriander/ Dhania to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, add 1 table spoon of cooking oil. Allow to heat

  2. 2

    Add the chopped onion plus the garlic and ginger paste. Allow them to saute for 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot of sauted onion and garlic paste,add salt to taste. Cover with a lead allow 5 minutes to cook. under low heat, add 1/4 teaspoon of tumeric then allow 1 minute to dissolve.

    Add the fried fish then toast it in the mixture in the pan. Serve while hot with accompaniment of your choice. Bot Appetit!
