Mix besan, chilli powder, sada, turmeric, masala powder

Add salt to sliced onion,chopped green chillies, two spoons of hot oil and keep aside for fifteen minutes. It will ooze out water.

Add the mixed besan flour to sliced onion. No need to add water. Add only that much besan which the onion can absorb
- 4
Deep fry and serve
