Dum aloo in coconut milk

Peel and wash the potatoes and fry them till golden.Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan.Add Cinnamon stick, cumin seeds and when they begin to splutter add tomato, salt, ginger garlic paste,turmeric,chilli powder,coriander powder,cashew paste and saute till oil separate.

Add the fried baby potatoes and fry for a min or two.

Add coconut milk with 1/2cup of water.Add sugar.

Cover and cook on low flame.Add garam masala and cook for 2-3mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
