Heat 2tsp ghee in pan,add grated coconut jaggery,cardamom powder

Saute it till it thickens and looses the ghee

Let it cool add roasted poppy seeds modak stuffing is ready

Take 2 bowls water in another kadahi add pinch oa salt and 1tsp ghee

Let it boil add 2 bowls rice flour mix it well

Take down the flour keep aside for 15 minutes then take it in bowl and khead it to make dough for modak

Now take the small ball of dough spread it with fingers in round shape put the stuffing in middle make modak in perfect shape

Now add water in Modakpatr let it boil put the stuffed modak in Modakpatr and steam it for 15 minutes

Ookdiche modak ready. Serve with desighee on it!
