  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 2 tspghee
  • 1 cupwater
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspcashews
  • 1 tbspRaisins
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder

Steps

10-12minutes
  1. 1

    Heat 2 tbsp ghee roast semolina on low flame till it turns aromat.

  2. 2

    Add cashews and raisins stir.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and water,cardamom powder stir continuously until thick.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
