Steps

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and hing when crackle add chopped ginger and dry spices and saute it.

Add chopped potatoes and cauliflower mix well.

Cover and cook on low flame for till soft the veggies.

At last add garam masala and green coriander and mix well.
- 5
Serve with roti/paratha.
