Boil and shred chicken. Keep aside. Boil Potato.and peel off the skin then mash well.

In a bowl add mashed potato, green chilli, pepper powder garam masala,red chilli powder coriander leaves,mix well.

Heat 1 tbsp oil a pan add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste add turmeric powder,fry some time.add chicken and mashed potato add salt,mixing and stir well.5-6 mints.remove the mixture.

Divide the chicken mixture dough into equal size balls and make a cutlets shape.

Ready to breadcrumbs

Ready to whisked egg add sprinkel some salt and pepper powder.

Dip each cutlets in the egg mixture,then roll it in bread crumbs.make sure all the sides of the cutlets equally covered of breadcrumbs.rest 15 to 20 in refrigerator.

Heat oil in a pan deep fry all cutlets one by one on medium flame.onec cutlet turned golden brown and crispy take it out.

Drain on an obsorbent paper.serve hot with tomato sauce.
