Ingredients

  • 5-6fresh corn off the cob(boiled)
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspwhole cumin
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcoarse black Pepper
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • some fresh chopped dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the maize, remove from the cob

  2. 2

    In a frying pan,add butter

  3. 3

    Once melted add the cumin

  4. 4

    Saute for 30 secs. Add the maize,salt,black pepper.Mix well & cook for 5-10 mins

  5. 5

    Keep stirring as no liquid is added

  6. 6

    Now add fresh dhania & lemon juice. Serve hot
