1 pinchsalt
1 pinchsugar

Peel and wash the carrots

Cut into circular even sizes
3

Put the cut carrots in a pan
4

Add water with a little salt and sugar
5

Let them boil until all the water evaporates (do not let them overcool)
6

Add butter to the carrots and heat for 2 minutes
7
