1medium size potato
Pinchsalt, black pepper, chili powder, oregano
1 1/2 tablespoonbolognese sauce
1 teaspoonchili sauce
2 tablespoonolive oil

Cut the potato into a wedges shape.

Preheat the oven about 250 degree

Into a bowl, add the potato, olive oil, oregano, black pepper, chili powder, salt. Mix it well.

Bake the potato 15 mins each side.

Use the bolognese sauce as a dipping sauce. And it's ready to serve.
