2Medium Avocados (diced)
1Large Tomato (diced)
2 tspLemon Juice
1 tspTajon Seasoning
1/2 CupGreen Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 CupOnion (diced)
Cilantro (optional)
Chives (optional)

Steps

Mix all ingredients and serve. The Cilantro and chives are optional and to your taste.

I use it on wraps, with chips, or as a topping for almost any dish including breakfast dishes.
